Drawing in Wheelbase never needs an account. If you never signed in, we hold no account data about you, and you have nothing to delete. Your drawings live on your device. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.
Delete in the app
- Open Wheelbase and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Email/password accounts are asked to re-enter the password, and Google or Microsoft accounts are asked to sign in again.
You're signed out right away, and the account is deleted as described below.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app, email support@jcgoodworks.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Wheelbase account". We'll confirm it's you and reply when it's done, within 30 days.
What gets deleted

Good to know
- Subscriptions keep billing until you cancel them in your store. Deleting your account doesn't cancel them. See how to cancel.
- One-time purchases made through the store stay tied to your store account, so you can still restore them there.
- To disconnect Wheelbase from your Google or Microsoft account as well, remove it under that account's "third-party apps" or "apps and services" settings.
- Deletion can't be undone.
