Kids Privacy Notice

Effective October 26, 2026 · For parents and guardians

Kids mode collects no personal information from children. There are no accounts, ads, chat, analytics or tracking, and pictures are saved only to your device.

What Kids mode is

Kids mode is a simplified part of Wheelbase for ages 8 to 12. Children pick a car and a view, trace over guide lines, add fun effects and save their picture. It is part of the same app as the grown-up Pro mode.

What we collect from children

Nothing. Kids mode:

  • does not ask for a name, email, age, photo, voice or location;
  • has no account sign-in, chat, sharing or social features;
  • has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code that collects data;
  • doesn't send drawings anywhere. Pictures save to a Wheelbase Kids folder on the device.

Because no personal information is collected, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) consent process isn't needed for Kids mode. We follow its principles anyway, along with the Apple App Store Kids Category rules and Google Play's Families Policy.

Purchases and links

Anything that costs money, opens a website or leaves Kids mode is behind a parental gate, a question a young child can't easily answer. Purchases also go through your device's store, with its own parental controls (such as Ask to Buy or Google Family Link).

Device permissions

Kids mode asks for permission only to save pictures to the device's gallery or Pictures folder. It doesn't use the camera, microphone or location.

Your choices as a parent

  • Delete your child's saved pictures from the device's gallery or Pictures folder at any time.
  • Uninstall the app to remove all of its local data.
  • If you think your child sent us personal information (for example, in an email), contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
